Kroger Community Rewards Program

Sacred Heart now participates in the Kroger  Community Rewards Program. Once you register your card by visiting and following the simple instructions, your Kroger   purchases will begin to benefit the parish, with a small percent what you spend being returned to the parish quarterly. Our organization number is 64151, Sacred Heart Church, Fort Wayne, Indiana. This costs neither you nor the parish anything.

If anyone in the parish uses to make purchases, please consider switching to which has all the same products available, with the added bonus that .5% of all purchases can benefit the non-profit organization of your choice. The procedure:

  1. Go to
  2. Log in as you would to your account
  3. You will be prompted to select a charity. Simply type “Sacred Heart Fort Wayne” into the search bar.
  4. Select the result that is displayed (there should only be one) That is all you need to do. Afterwards, you may wish to change or delete your bookmarks for, so you automatically go to the “Smile” page.


If you have not register yet please do so. If you do not have the ability to  order over the  computer there are forms at the front entrance you can  submit with a check. For any questions please call Kim at the office 260-744-2519 or follow the easy steps below. All orders must be paid first and will be placed on Tuesday of each week. Your orders will then come to the office and you will be called (please leave phone number to call)  when they arrive to be picked up or at church the following Sunday. 

How to Register:

To place your scrip orders, you need to first create an  account. Go to and click on ’Register’ button at the top of the page. Next, click ’join a Scrip Program.’ You will then need to enter our organization’s unique enrollment code (22E949FC53782). This code allows the system to link your account activity with our organization. Next, fill in all the required information and click ‘Register.’ You will be asked to select two challenge questions and provide answers, which will be required if you forget your password. Keep in mind that your answers are case-sensitive.


You can manage your account through your Dashboard, which you can access by clicking the ‘Dashboard’ link at the top of any page. From here, you can check your account activity, change your profile and password, add, remove, and modify organizations you belong to, and read coordinator announcements. You can also run your own order and rebate history reports.

You can login and place orders a few different ways:

  • Shop Tab: Looking for a gift? Not sure what’s available? Click ‘Shop’ at the top of the page and use this feature to sort products and browse by category, card type, or rebate percentage.
  • Express Order: Know exactly what you want? Quickly add the items to your cart using this feature.
  • Shopping Lists: Order the same products each week? Add these items to a shopping list for easy ordering, then set reminders so you get an email when it’s time to place another order.
